With solutions for all types of business needs, Stanley offers the experience to build a system around your company’s needs. The company hangs its hat on providing quality monitoring services for all its clients, with customized solutions to help protect your company. The down side to this, however, is that the company doesn’t list much information about equipment or pricing on its website, leaving you guessing about what exact services you’ll receive. With its dependable monitoring, though, Stanley can most likely give you what you need to feel secure about your business and your assets, even when you can’t be there.

Equipment

Unfortunately, Stanley doesn’t specifically list what security equipment you can expect to receive for your business’s protection. From the monitoring services they offer, though, it’s clear that they do provide the standard security fare, including door/window sensors and motion detectors. One unique feature they do offer is audio monitoring equipment, which allows monitoring professionals to listen in on any situation to determine what’s happening. Along those same lines, you can also opt for video surveillance cameras, which can stream video to dedicated DVRs to record alarm events.

Monitoring and response

To help you rest a little easier at night, Stanley offers 24-hour vigilance over your business and coveted assets. With four dedicated monitoring centers in North America, the company tries everything in its power to connect you with trained and knowledgeable individuals to help you through crisis situations. Stanley’s operators, as a matter of fact, are trained to handle hold up and duress situations, which can really take the pressure off you.

Stanley also does a lot to cut back on false alarms by using audio monitoring to help determine what is going on at work. While a tripped alarm can be anything from a burglar to a glass rolling off the shelf, Stanley can listen in to determine exactly what’s going on. If it turns out to be a robbery, your trained monitoring professionals can hear what’s happening and respond quickly. This gives Stanley monitoring a huge head start versus some other companies, since monitoring professionals can already be dispatching authorities while other companies would be waiting for your phone to ring.

If this isn’t enough to help you feel truly secure, Stanley also offers video monitoring, which features the same amount of attention and care paid to your business and the people inside it. Basically, when an alarm is triggered, Stanley’s monitoring specialists will be patched into a live feed of what’s going on at your business. Having visual confirmation greatly cuts back on false alarms while greatly increasing apprehension rates of criminals.

Pricing

Because Stanley works hard to create customized solutions for every business it works with, it doesn’t list any prices whatsoever on its website. This includes monitoring services, installation and equipment, meaning you’ll have absolutely no idea what you’ll pay for your services. While this is clearly the most frustrating thing about Stanley’s services, you can at least rest assured that you’ll be getting an individualized solution.

The Good…

Great response services with reduced false alarms for businesses

The Bad…

Lacks energy automation services

And The Ugly

Doesn’t list price on website, making it hard to estimate your cost
